We have developed various micro services and service oriented architecture and API layer to increase the usability and performance and 3rd party integration like payment. Our content strategy to render the content on the UI only once and save it in local cache of the users device made best of the content design strategy. This saved resources and time. Also we implemented the Multi-language support using this content strategy to load based on User location.

UK Parking Control (UKPC) faced challenges with manual processes in issuing parking tickets, leading to inefficiencies and inaccuracies. They needed a solution that would streamline ticket issuance and reduce the potential for disputes.

Goal

To develop a mobile application that enables parking wardens to issue parking tickets live from the location to the server, reducing manual effort and eliminating inaccuracies.

Result

The iTicket App was developed, allowing parking wardens to issue tickets in real-time with accurate location and time information. This innovation reduced manual effort and significantly decreased the number of disputes due to enhanced accuracy.
